Here is what I eat in a day💪🏾Consistency > Motivation✅ Ingredients

Protein & Veggies
	•	3–4 chicken breasts (about 1.5–2 lbs / 700–900 g total)
	•	3 large sweet potatoes, skin on
	•	3 bell peppers
	•	2 medium onions
	•	3 avocados
	•	3–4 garlic cloves
	•	2 lemons

Seasoning & Oil
	•	Olive oil
	•	Salt & pepper
	•	Paprika, chili powder, or smoked paprika (optional)

Wraps
	•	6 large tortillas (or 8 medium ones)

🔪 Steps

1. Sweet Potatoes
	1.	Wash well — leave skin on.
	2.	Cut into small cubes.
	3.	Toss with:
	•	3–4 tbsp olive oil
	•	1 ½–2 tsp salt
	•	1 tsp pepper
	•	1–2 tsp paprika or chili powder (optional)
	4.	Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, or until soft and slightly crispy.

2. Chicken
	1.	Slice the chicken breasts into strips for quicker cooking.
	2.	Season with:
	•	Salt & pepper
	•	Juice of 1 lemon
	•	Minced garlic
	3.	Pan-fry in batches until cooked through and golden.
	4.	Slice if needed.

3. Peppers & Onions
	1.	Slice 3 bell peppers + 2 onions.
	2.	Cook in the same pan with a little oil and salt until soft and sweet.

4. Avocados
	•	Slice or mash 3 avocados with:
	•	Salt
	•	Lemon juice (prevents browning)

5. Assemble 6 wraps

For each wrap:
	1.	Spread avocado
	2.	Add sweet potatoes
	3.	Add chicken
	4.	Add peppers + onions
	5.	Squeeze a little lemon
	6.	Roll tightly
	7.	Optional: toast each wrap in a pan until lightly crispy
