Although MARILYN AGENCY does not collect information from its website, this privacy policy aims to explain how we collect, use and share our models’ personal data.
All data processing is consistent with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6th January 1978 pertaining to Information Technology, data files and civil liberties, known as the Information Technology and Civil liberties law.

Agency clients working with our models may also process certain Data. They are data controllers as defined by the GDPR. MARILYN is not responsible for how they use your personal Data. For more information, you should contact them directly.
Depending on the circumstances, we may transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area to countries with less stringent Data protection laws. Appropriate preventive measures will be taken when that type of transfer is required. For example, we have signed European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses with the New York-based company MARILYN MANAGEMENT INC.
When signing your contract with our agency, you can choose whether or not to allow your data to be transferred to clients or agencies located outside the European Union.
MARILYN AGENCY stores your Data for five years from the end of the last client contract involving you. Certain Data or documents providing evidence of your pension entitlement or with tax ramifications may be stored for ten years. Your photographs will be stored for twenty years. MARILYN AGENCY may store a small number of photographs for longer periods for its own archives in order to maintain a record of company models. You have the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, the right to data portability and, where there are legitimate grounds, the right to object, to restrict processing and to erasure.
