Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to address my relative absence from nearly everything for the first part of this year. This album took a tremendous amount out of me, it has been over 2 years in the making and tested my limits. Much of this last year was spent learning the parts of the process that I felt always stopped me from fully realizing my vision. I went to the crossroads, I am Robert Johnson. I have come back a more complete artist. This album is not a vibe first circle jerk of trying to be cool. I take comfort in the fact that it’s raw, real and truly a reflection of the people that were instrumental in making it come together.
