If I'm not constantly moving and being productive I can start to feel a bit worthless and like I'm wasting my days away. However, rethinking about my definition of "productive" has been helpful in allowing my mind to be ok with engaging with a bit more restoration and recovery. After all, that's the space where growth happens... And while I was able to indulge in more meditative practices, nourishing foods, mindful activities, and calming moments while at Civana, I was still able to balance it all out with engaging movement both inside and in nature.
