I thought we were talking strategy for fashion week. Instead, he told me to lose weight. He said my beauty wasn’t as “obvious” as other girls. If I didn’t hit certain measurements, there wasn’t much he could do. He didn’t send me to castings that season. Two weeks later, he went on vacation. Another agent accidentally sent me to the Valentino couture casting. I booked the show. I walked it a week later. Looking at these photos now, I can’t believe he told me I needed to be smaller.
