ONE YEAR OF SURF PROGRESSION🌊 This was the first year I had the chance to truly dedicate myself to surfing as a real sport, thanks to living so close to the ocean. This year taught me that just surfing a lot isn’t enough to improve. Surfing is hard, every day and every wave are different. Real progress comes from consistency, patience, hard work, and trusting the process. More than any other sport, surfing has given me both incredible highs and frustrating lows. But looking back after a year, I’m happy with my progress, even though I know I’m still far from surfing the way I want to. A huge thank you to João (@improve.sc )for all your advice, corrections, and encouragement. You helped me understand and face this salty washing machine we call Ocean. And thank you for every early morning, and for putting up with the wind, rain, blazing sun, and heat all year long.
