Same weight. Same aesthetic. Which I’m stoked about, but I need a challenge or two. I started the new year off training to get my max bench up over 300lbs and I’m almost there. After that one is squashed, my twin already told me he thinks I can’t military press 90s for 3 reps. Challenge accepted. Hit me— what physical challenges or goals should I have for 2026?
